This has supported their ability to stay at circle and listen to the teacher. These sensory toy has also been helpful for students to use throughout the day to keep their body's regulated. They are really enjoying the bigger blue sensory balls and the Theraputty. \r\n\r\nStudents are using the fine motor drill sets during choice time. They are working hard on waiting for a turn and sharing because there are only two sets. They have been using sand timers and asking peers for a turn. It has been so lovely to see students want to play with this toy as it is strengthening their fingers.\r\n\r\nThank again so much for your generous donations to support my students. The kids LOVE Brown Bear and LOVE the books so much. They look at them every single day and love to follow along with me when we read the story or listen to the Brown Bear song. They play with the little figured during sensory play when they have time with play dough and/or sand. The kiddos also love the felt characters. I pass out the felt pieces and then listen to the song. Kids but the photos up with the song. I pause it if kids need more time to put their picture on the board. They are working on their joint attention skills.
