Thank you so much for the bins and shelves.\r\n\r\nWe experienced some delays with delivery, but finally, the beautiful bookshelves and bins were delivered to our school in October. When they arrived, students in my 12th-grade English class volunteered to carry the shelves to my classroom. Then my T.A. helped me to unpack the shelves and assemble them. Students in all of my classes commented on how shiny and spacious the new shelves are and we now have plenty of room for all of our new books.\r\n\r\nOn a personal note, I want to express my gratitude for your patience as it has taken longer than I would have liked to finish my thank-you package. Last fall, shortly before the shelves were delivered, I became the legal guardian for my mother, who was diagnosed with dementia several years ago. Late in November, she passed away. The last six months have been a tremendously challenging time for me and I've done my best to juggle my family and professional obligations. I apologize for the delay in sending this thank-you package—again, I appreciate your patience.\r\n\r\nThank you again for providing these lovely bookshelves and magazine bins that are a joy for my students to use.","fullyFundedDate":1719374795323,"projectUrl":"project/creating-a-culture-of-reading-classroom/8359019/","projectTitle":"Creating a Culture of Reading: Classroom Library Bookshelves","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Richmond","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9504707_orig.jpg?crop=942,942,x0,y31&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1712223046169","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9504707"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_35670","usesÐǿմ«Ã½":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":264,"numTeachers":17,"percentFrplEligible":95,"percentAsian":0,"percentBlack":0,"percentWhite":57,"percentIndigenous":2,"percentLatinx":39,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"7 - 12","studentTeacherRatio":"15.5:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"RURAL","ncesMetroType":"RURAL_DISTANT"},"inStateSupporters":70.0,"schoolId":35670,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Soap Lake Middle High School on @Ðǿմ«Ã½:","schoolName":"Soap Lake Middle High School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/washington/soap-lake-school-district-156/soap-lake-senior-high-school/35670"}
