We've used the new resources to create a Halloween porch sign for a customer, which allowed the students to apply their design skills to a real-world order. In addition, a Middle School teacher reached out to us for cutting supplies for a yearly project with her students, and we were thrilled to assist. The students were excited to receive these orders, as it gave them the chance to experience the process of fulfilling requests for others. We've also created a heartfelt retirement gift for a business partner, allowing the students to be part of something meaningful and special.\r\n\r\nWhen the new materials arrived, our students couldn't contain their excitement. They eagerly opened the boxes, and the joy on their faces was priceless as they tried out the new features. The hands-on experience was engaging for them, and it sparked their creativity in ways we hadn't imagined. Moving forward, we plan to take full advantage of these resources. After a fire disrupted some of our plans, we're excited to catch up on projects and take our learning even further. One of our next steps is to cut supplies for upcoming classroom activities and invite other classes to join us in making unique projects using these materials. We can't wait to see how our students' skills will continue to grow, and we look forward to showing you all the incredible work they'll create with your continued support.","fullyFundedDate":1696098989302,"projectUrl":"project/with-cricut-we-can-be-employable/7899005/","projectTitle":"With Cricut, We can be Employable!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Johnston","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp6058480_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1635809395258","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/6058480"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_127311","usesÐǿմ«Ã½":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":null,"numTeachers":null,"percentFrplEligible":62,"percentAsian":7,"percentBlack":11,"percentWhite":30,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":20,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"Not specified","studentTeacherRatio":null,"demographicsDataSource":"MDR District Record","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":false,"metroType":"UNCLASSIFIED","ncesMetroType":null},"inStateSupporters":70.0,"schoolId":127311,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Community-Based Transition Program on @Ðǿմ«Ã½:","schoolName":"Community-Based Transition Program","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/washington/tacoma-public-schools/community-based-transition-program/127311"}
