Students have loved using the flexible seating while reading a book in our classroom library or while trying to complete their small group math equations on the carpet. The colorful stools have also provided an opportunity for more students to work at the small group table at once, providing small group instruction to more students each day. The fidgets, marble mats, and gel mazes have also been extremely helpful for students who have extra sensory needs. The use of these materials have helped them focus during learning time while also quietly using a fidget to help them pay attention. The emotions puzzle and science magnets have also been beneficial to our classroom during our SEL lessons and Science lessons as well as during our time dedicated to centers where students can work independently using these materials. They were so excited to bring these new materials into the classroom and we are all so grateful.","fullyFundedDate":1760684805943,"projectUrl":"project/a-hands-on-learning-environment/9831631/","projectTitle":"A Hands On Learning Environment!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Healy","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp7316149_orig.jpg?crop=308,308,x374,y280&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1634864289844","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/7316149"},{"teacherId":10315600,"projectId":9837329,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for all the supplies that were sent for my classroom.
