Students are now able to fully participate in practices and team activities that were previously limited due to a lack of resources. One memorable moment came during our first practice with the new equipment—students were excited, energized, and eager to get started. Seeing everyone properly equipped created a sense of unity and pride that was immediately noticeable.\r\n\r\nWhen the students first saw the uniforms and gear, their reactions were priceless. Many of them couldn't wait to try everything on and begin using the equipment. What a difference a little organization can make! Instead of sorting through cardboard boxes of combined materials, all of our unit and lab materials are now sorted and labeled into clear containers! To be able to grab and go in terms of lab prep is so incredible and saves so much prep time! (The added bonus of discarding outdated materials and extra packaging is also opening up a ton of space in the cabinets!)\r\n\r\nThe addition of 10 loaner laptop chargers is keeping students in class and engaged! Rather than sending students on an adventure two floors down from my classroom, students are able to grab a loaner charger and get right to work. The cube chairs have been a great asset to our classroom, giving our students with needs a more secure place to sit during group time.\r\n\r\nI was also able to get some much needed sensory supplies into our classroom via this project.
