The first unit in math for 4th grade revolves around multiplication. I tell my students that knowing your multiplication facts is like knowing how to read sight words like \"a\", \"and\" and \"the\". You have to know them without even thinking so that you can do higher level math. \r\nFact fluency is something my students struggle with every year. Some kids have very good memories and are just able to recall facts faster. Some need more time. \r\nThe flashcards that you funded will help all of my students learn their facts in a fun way. They each have a set at their desk which they can take out and practice during the day and there will be times where I will ask them to quiz a partner. \r\nThank you for supplying my students with this resource.
