We will have lots of fun activities, such as bingo, Literacy Night, mystery readers, and personal reading challenges. When the students saw these items they got really excited, and even though it's only been a week they have gotten a lot of use out of them.\r\n\r\nThe cushions expecially are a big hit. I ordered 24 cushions and two standing racks for them, and these replaced random pillows in my classroom. Not only do the new pads look great, but they are neatly organized on the side wall which has freed up a lot of carpet space. There are enough now so that every student can take one, which prevents the need to schedule allowed time to use them. I have seen them used as seats, and backpacks which is what I was intending with the square pads.\r\n\r\nThe seats that I purchased were also liked by students. I know this because some students have been trying to sit on them when it's not the right time for them. I like them because they have freed up space at my table from the traditional chairs, which took up too much room and kept banging into each other. Overall my classroom looks and feels 100% better.
