These resources will allow us to create engaging, inclusive, and memorable experiences for our students. In past years, limited equipment made it challenging to introduce a variety of EXTRA fun activities, but your support has made it possible to thoughtfully plan new games that promote teamwork, movement, and fun for all students!\r\n\r\nI recently introduced a few of the materials to a classroom, and even that small preview sparked immediate excitement and curiosity. Students were eager to ask questions and imagine how the equipment would be used, building anticipation for Field Day. Many of the activities will remain a surprise until June, which has already created a sense of enthusiasm and motivation as students look forward to participating in something new.\r\n\r\nBecause of this support, I am able to design a Field Day that emphasizes cooperation, physical activity, and positive school-wide community. These materials will not only enhance this year's event but will continue to be used in future years, creating lasting memories and meaningful opportunities for students to celebrate movement and teamwork. We are truly grateful for this generous investment in our students.","fullyFundedDate":1758202784883,"projectUrl":"project/field-day-fun/9707842/","projectTitle":"Field Day Fun!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Edwards","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/272x272/tp2769385_272x272.png?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1505942121158","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/erikaedwards"},{"teacherId":2769385,"projectId":9708713,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your generous funding that allowed our physical education program to purchase basketballs for every student. As the students entered the gym and saw a bin full of colorful, brand new basketballs, their excitement was immediate! Smiles, cheers, and eager questions filled the space. The students got to shoot around and dribble and they are looking forward to starting our basketball unit with a class set of new, colorful basketballs. \r\n\r\nOnce we begin the unit, students will continue building fundamental basketball skills while applying them in small-sided games that promote teamwork, decision-making, and sportsmanship.
