Everyday supplies such as crayons, glue, and sharpeners support ongoing projects that reinforce creativity, collaboration, and scientific communication.\r\n\r\nFlexible seating with wobble stools has helped students stay focused and engaged, while small rewards encourage effort, responsibility, and perseverance. Desk pets and holders became powerful incentives—students were excited to earn them by meeting expectations and mastering unit standards, which increased motivation and confidence across the classroom.\r\n\r\nThese incentives helped create a positive, goal-oriented learning environment where students felt encouraged to do their best.
