One of my favorite moments was seeing their excitement when they first saw the snack supplies—there were big smiles and a real sense of being cared for. It created a positive, team-centered environment where students could take a quick break, recharge, and get right back to work. Each class worked together to list as many financial literacy terms and ideas that we had learned throughout the past several weeks. Students reviewed these things and then created their own list of financial goals in planning their post-high school lives in short, medium, and long-term goals. Students were able to think financially about their future and had to plan goals that use the financial literacy terms we had learned and gone over as a class. Many students now have a good idea of specific things they will be doing like opening high interest saving accounts, steps they can take to save and budget according to the methods we learned, and how to avoid poor financial decisions with credit cards and debt. Students mentioned in their assignment and goal setting that they know more about diversification and important financial tools that will help them succeed and be smart with their money once they are adults and out of high school. Before this project was funded, one of our biggest challenges was simply getting those materials into students' hands in a timely and accessible way. Your donation has completely changed that.\r\n\r\nWith this new printer, I am now able to quickly scan and digitize worksheets, assignments, and instructional materials provided by teachers. These documents can be converted into PDF format and emailed directly to students while they are actively participating in our virtual classroom. This means students no longer fall behind waiting for materials—they can access their work immediately, stay engaged during class time, and complete assignments alongside their peers.\r\n\r\nThis resource has also increased student accountability and independence. Students are better able to manage their workload, submit completed assignments, and take ownership of their learning. It has helped create a smoother, more efficient workflow that mirrors a traditional classroom experience, even from a distance.\r\n\r\nMost importantly, your support has removed a barrier. You've made it possible for students—many of whom are already facing challenges—to stay connected to their education, remain productive during the school day, and continue making academic progress.\r\n\r\nYour generosity is making a real, daily impact in the lives of my students. Your generosity has given my students the chance to experience technology in a hands-on, meaningful way that goes far beyond what they can learn from a textbook alone. In our classroom, 3D printing helps students connect digital design, problem-solving, and cybersecurity concepts in a real-world format. Instead of only talking about how technology works, students now get to create, test, and improve actual projects of their own. This has made learning more engaging, more interactive, and much more memorable for them.\r\n\r\nWhat excites students the most is seeing their ideas come to life. There is something powerful about designing an object on a computer and then watching it become real layer by layer on the printer. That process has sparked a lot of curiosity, creativity, and motivation in the classroom. Students who may not always speak up during regular instruction have become more involved when working with this technology. Some have taken a special interest in designing models, troubleshooting print issues, and thinking critically about how digital tools can be used to solve problems. It has been especially rewarding to watch students build confidence as they realize they are capable of creating something original and useful.\r\n\r\nYour donation has opened the door to deeper learning and has helped make technology education more exciting for my students.
