It already made our small group instruction time go much smoother today with a stool for everyone to sit at the table. The 8 stools fit perfectly in our small group area. They match wonderfully with the galaxy rug I got from a previous project.\r\nThe small group was able to focus so well in a comfortable position close to the instructions. Since they are in a circle they can all see each other and the teacher. School uniforms can often create a financial burden to families within our school community. This project has already begun to alleviate this burden. Our cabinets are now pretty full, which is so exciting! Families have been able to receive uniforms as part of a Christmas gift giving program if they indicated that as a need. A new family to our school was able to receive uniforms for the three children attending and on a daily basis, students have access to uniforms when unforeseen circumstance arise. \r\n\r\nFamilies and students are often excited and very pleased when we are able to support these needs, not just with one uniform outfit, but several, to help them get through the week. These uniforms have kept this need at the forefront of peoples minds and have also created a rip effect for change with a classroom in our school taking on the task of washing donated uniform clothes to help ensure that clothes donated from others in the school or community are also available to students and families! It has been so neat to see how this project has boosted the desire to ensure that families will continue to have what they need, even after these clothes are given out.\r\n\r\nThank you so much for your support!
