We recently incorporated them into our animal study during literacy, science, and dramatic play centers. One special moment was during small-group when students used the animal instant-learning center to sort animals by habitat (farm, jungle, ocean, arctic). They were practicing vocabulary, describing animal features, and even creating simple sentences like, \"The polar bear lives in the Arctic.\" It was amazing to see them so engaged and using new language confidently.\r\n\r\nWhen the students first saw the animal materials, they were beyond excited. They immediately wanted to touch, explore, and name each animal. Some of my students who typically need extra encouragement to participate were eager to join in. The hands-on materials really helped my learners with autism and language delays stay focused and communicate their ideas more clearly. They loved the viewers and were amazed at how many animals they could see.\r\n\r\nNext, we will continue using the animal materials to deepen our learning. Several students also talked about building alongside siblings or family members, turning these gifts into shared learning experiences at home.\r\n\r\nMoving forward, students will continue applying these skills to our classroom science and math lessons.
