They love to receive the chair as an award for many different things. Students who when the chance at using the chair usually have proven that they have showed great behavior throughout the week. They get to use it during both their science and math classes for up to two weeks. \r\n\r\nOther ways students get a chance to use the chairs are improvement in student work or test scores. I have also given students the opportunity to use the chair during reward days that our school offers students. Our marking period just closed out this past week. Students with perfect attendance for the marking period had the chance to use the chairs for the week. \r\n\r\nThe chairs have been a great incentive for my students to work hard and push themselves to the next level. The arts are such an important tool for young people to communicate, thank you for helping to govern them a voice. \r\n Students used the materials to explore art from traditional and contemporary artists and worked with mixed media, collage, painting and drawing. The materials were used by students in kindergarten through fifth grade and we continue to use them this year. The children in our classroom were able to create personal binders that were filled with anchor charts and other resources that were at their finger tips.\r\nHaving a printer in our classroom was such an important tool for our students. Students love having their own writing published and displayed. The printer allowed students to see and take pride in their work.\r\nYour support in funding our project is greatly appreciated. Students are very excited to get a chance to use the flexible seating chairs. Students get rewarded for many different things to earn the chairs.
